This stunning compact backpack is woven with a mixture of inner and outer birch bark, showing off the variety of natural colors. The diagonal weave pattern provides for bark to be doubled all the way from the flap to the bottom of the base. The bark flap has leather woven into the corners for added durability in that high stressed area. A luxurious brown, Kodiak Oil Tanned leather is used for the straps and a large two point deer antler is used for the toggle closure.

Bag was conditioned with bees wax & walnut oil. A small container comes with this bag for reconditioning.

Bag is approximate 12 in x 11 in x 4 in.

All attachments are installed in ways that flex, do not disrupt the weave, and allow for alterations/repairs.
